What does managed services look like?

Whether you’re still considering Zendesk, have just completed implementation, or have been using the product for years, it is important to consider the long-term maintenance and improvement of the system.

We can come alongside your existing team, or be a stand-alone outsourced Zendesk Admin team on your behalf. In either case, when questions come up, we’re here to help walk you through making the necessary adjustments to Zendesk.

Considerations for managed services

There are a few ways to approach using an external Zendesk Administrator:

  • Do you have someone on your side who wants to learn?

It may be a reasonable short term solution to bring in a 3rd party who can train your internal staff.

  • Are there additional phases of implementation that you know will be necessary in the future, but not quite yet?

We’ve seen it benefit our clients to have someone in place to either help you determine that roadmap, or just execute on what you already know you want.

  • Do you want to stay completely hands off?

We have clients who know what they’re good at, and know what they’re not. And we can help fill those gaps for you permanently if you’d like us to!
